Meet Coach Trish
Hi! I’m Trish Evangelista, owner of Babylon CrossFit, CF L2 Trainer, Pregnancy & Postpartum Coach, Pelvic Floor SpeciaIist, and most importantly, wife and mama. I founded Fitness through Motherhood in 2023 as a result of my own pregnancy and postpartum experience. After a difficult pregnancy, followed by an even more difficult postpartum journey, I knew I wanted to make an impact in the motherhood space. When I started to share my story, I realized I was not alone. So many mamas feel unsupported, and I wanted that to change. In 2021, I started working with my first mama and I haven’t looked back - so Fitness Through Motherhood was born.
With Fitness Through Motherhood, we believe in empowering moms at every stage. Whether you're a new mom finding your balance or a seasoned pro juggling it all, FTM offers the perfect blend of fitness, support, and fun. From squats with strollers to planks with playtime, we're proving that fitness and family go hand in hand!
