Kids are always welcome, with dedicated play areas where they can stay engaged, and babies and strollers are welcome too. We create a safe and supportive environment for both moms and their little ones, ensuring everyone feels right at home.

Plus, with access to at-home workouts, a leaderboard to track your progress, and included InBody scans, you’ll never have to guess your progress or results — your journey continues even when you’re not in class.

Flexibility to Fit Your Schedule
We understand how unpredictable mom life can be, which is why our in-person program is designed with flexibility in mind. Most sessions are scheduled with 12-14 classes, giving you the opportunity to attend the 8 classes included in your signup at times that work best for you.
This allows you to prioritize your fitness without feeling constrained by rigid schedules, making it easier to stay committed and consistent.
